From the login page click the 'Forgot Password' link

Enter your registered email address and click 'Reset Password'

Open the email from us (check your junk folder if it's not showing in your inbox)

Click on the 'Reset Password' link

Enter your new password and then click 'Update Password'

This will take you to the Member Home Page
